Bred’s Hot Chicken specializes in Nashville Hot Chicken, with fried chicken and fried chicken sandwiches available in a full spectrum of heat levels, from no spice to a kiss of cayenne and ultra-fiery Carolina Reaper. Signature sides include their Mac N Cheezy and fresh pressed lemonade.


 
 

CAPAS TACOS

Capas serves Baja-inspired ceviche using locally-caught fish, smoked queso tacos and Mexican-style burritos from local chef Michael Campbell. The menu includes signature ceviches such as Yellowtail, Ahi Tuna and Lime & Chile Shrimp while their smoked queso tacos feature proteins such as smoked carnitas and smoked birria (all done in-house).


 
 

HUDSON’S COOKIES

Hudson’s Cookies is known for its hefty, ooey gooey treats that are meant to be enjoyed “medium rare”. Cookie lovers can enjoy a rotating selection of more than 30 flavors of inspired signature creations, including Oatmeal Butterscotch Salted Caramel, Meringue Sandies, Chocolate Chunk, Double Chocolate Peanut Butter, Shortbread Lemon Buttercream & more.


 

PARANAS EMPANADAS

Established in San Diego in 2014, this family project has grown to include locations at Liberty Public Market, Westfield UTC, and their first Orange County spot inside River Street Marketplace. Dedicated to bringing the flavors of Argentina to every guest, they offer authentic experiences with every bite of their empanadas paired with chimichurri sauce, dulce de leche alfajores, and traditional yerba mate drinks.

Pastalia is an Italian pasta concept founded by Christian and Adriana Gorgicze, offering fresh, handcrafted pasta and a variety of delicious dishes made with organic ingredients. Pastalia is dedicated to providing wholesome, flavorful meals and offers vegan and gluten-free dishes as well.


 

THE SUSHI STAND

The Sushi Stand specializes in meticulously crafted sushi rolls, each prepared freshly and with precision, marrying Japanese technique with California twists to satisfy every sushi aficionado. Sushi lovers can  enjoy specialty rolls such as the “Fresh Prince” with Spicy Tuna, Cucumber, Avocado, Salmon, Lemon Slices, Ponzu, Micro Cilantro, Sesame Seeds or “The Beef” with Shrimp Tempura, Avocado, Seared Beef, Truffle Aioli, Charred Ginger Onion Ponzu, Green Onion and Sesame Seeds. Nigiri and classic cut rolls are also available.
