A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and sound bath with Tracy Bui, welcoming all cultures, generations and experience levels. A bilingual Vietnamese-American yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, Tracy blends mindful movement, breathwork and sound healing to make wellness more accessible.
