Get back-to-school ready at Rodeo 39 with 10 free kids’ haircuts happening on-site at the Stage Area, first come, first served, plus music by DJ @mightyrel! Once the 10 on-site spots are filled, Advance Beauty College in Garden Grove has generously donated 20 additional free kids’ haircut coupons, redeemable by appointment at their school while supplies last. Mention the event at participating vendors for their special back-to-school discounts between 2-8pm!
